Sachin Tendulkar completes 22 years in International cricket


Nov 15 1989 no one thought,this guy will become one of the finest,iconic player in world cricket.When he was 16 He made his debut to international cricket against pakistan in National stadium Karachi on this very special day.He faced the pakistan pace spreaheads like Imran khan,Wasim Akram and another debutant Waqar younis.He managed get only 15 runs in that innings by facing feisty bowling attack.He played totally 637 international games including 183 Tests ,453 ODI"s and 1 T20 game.He is 9th in the list of longest Carrier players.He achieved everything in his life he holds many record on his name.He is mixture of vivian richardson and sunil gavaskar. He has all kinds of shots in his book.His drives through off side are marvelous to watch any cricket fan including the bowler too.When he suffering from Tennis elbow in 2004.Everyone thought its end of great carrier but he came back very well after that injury.It is very hard recover from Tennis elbow but he did it.


Test Cricket:
He scored 15,048 runs with the average of 56.14 in 183 tests.Which includes 51 centuries and 62 half centuries.He holds the highest test runs and centuries and many more records on his name.He got his Carrier best of 248* against bangladesh.He also got 45 wickets with strike rate of 91.8.He got his 1st century against england in manchester in 1990 and become the 2nd youngest cricketer to score test century.This century came in very critical situation and helped india to save the match.

ODI Cricket:

He scored 18111 runs with the average of 45.16 in 453 matches more by any other batsman in the world.Which includes 48 centuries and 95 half centuries.He made his debut to one day cricket against pakistan in  Gujranwala in 1989.He dint score a single run in that match before felling to waqar younis.He is the only cricketer to score double hundred in ODI.He played 6 world cups and he is the man of the tournament in 1996,2003.Finally his world cup winning moment came in 2011 in his home town Mumbai.
